Their Tortilla Chips are made the traditional way, even going to the effort of using nixtamalised corn for every batch. What is nixtamalisation you ask? Well, this is the process of cooking corn in limewater to increase its flavour, aroma and nutrition. A true Mexican would settle for nothing less, and we at Mumbleberry heartily agree.
