Head Distiller Jackson Boyd loves experimenting with unusual flavour combinations. As an ex-chef, it's not all that surprising. 

His new career began after spending time living in Scotland, just down the road from the countries smallest distillery. It was love at first sight, and Jackson would visit every day for a tipple and a chat with their head distiller. Upon his return to Australia he dove into a two year online distilling course, then secured work experience placement with Four Pillars Gin. However, it wouldn't be long before his 'spirit' pilgrimage would call him north to the Sunshine Coast.
